New Couch to 5km course: Sept 2024

Brecon AC’s next Couch to 5km course will start Monday 23rd September 2024. The course is on Mondays & Thursdays 6.00–7.00pm for 10 weeks, at Penlan Athletic track for 5 weeks then at another location in Brecon for the last 5 weeks. We conclude with a celebration 5km or parkrun event. The course will cost £20.00, which also provides Senior social membership of Brecon AC. Click here for more info.
